Orders are processed and prepared with care by Treasured Designz. Because many of our items are made to order or personalized, processing time may vary depending on the item and order size.

U.S. Shipping
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

International Shipping
International shipping is available to select locations. Available shipping methods and rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Treasured Designz is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
